So Many Smoothies

1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (vanilla flavored)
1 Serving of Protein Powder (your choice)
1 Tbsp. Cocoa Powder (If you want chocolate flavor) OR ½ tsp. vanilla extract
1 Handful Spinach (fresh or take fresh leaves and freeze in baggies for use at a later date)-(optional)
1 Cup Berries of your choice (fresh or frozen)
1 Serving of Hemp Seeds (optional)

Blend well then add Ice to desired consistency

Smoothie Variations
Chocolate/Peanut butter Smoothie
Replace the berries with your favorite nut butter

Berry-Banana Smoothie
Add a whole or ½ a banana to thicken smoothie and add some sweetness.

Berry-Berry Smoothie
Use 1 cup of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
