Ingredients:
1 English Cucumber, quartered and sliced
1/4 red onion, chopped
3 stalks celery sliced
8 cherry tomatoes, cut in ½
½ cup kalamata olives, cut in ½
Greek Dressing of choice
Cut all ingredients, add dressing and toss.
