Scrumptious Salmon

  • 4 (6 oz.) pieces of salmon

Sauce: Tbsp. of each:

  • Soy Sauce (or Tamari or Coconut Aminos)
  • Honey
  • Stone Ground Mustard
  • Olive Oil 


  1. Mix sauce ingredients and pour over fish.
  2. Let sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. For best flavor, grill on cedar planks for about 20 minutes.
  4. You can also bake in a 400 degree oven for about 20 minutes. Use a meat thermometer to determine if the fish is done.
