- 4 (6 oz.) pieces of salmon
Sauce: Tbsp. of each:
- Soy Sauce (or Tamari or Coconut Aminos)
- Stone Ground Mustard
- Olive Oil
- Mix sauce ingredients and pour over fish.
- Let sit for at least 30 minutes.
- For best flavor, grill on cedar planks for about 20 minutes.
- You can also bake in a 400 degree oven for about 20 minutes. Use a meat thermometer to determine if the fish is done.
