Kitchen Made Simple Course


The contents of the course include..

  • An online introductory one-hour session that I will host the on Sunday evening, April 11, 2021 at 7:00 PM.
  • A daily topic along with an action step recorded in a short video delivered to your email.
  • Worksheets to reiterate each lesson, along with questions to ponder.
  • A private Facebook group including “office hours” for questions and support.
  • The opportunity to connect with me one-on-one to answer any questions you have related to your specific health and wellness goals.
  • A Challenge the Coach Day!
