Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

  • 8 oz. milk of choice
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 serving vanilla or no-flavor protein powder of choice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • Sweetener of choice (I use Stevia drops)
  • Ice


1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend well. Sprinkle the top with some cinnamon if you like!
