- 8 oz. milk of choice
- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- 1 serving vanilla or no-flavor protein powder of choice
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 ½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- Sweetener of choice (I use Stevia drops)
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend well. Sprinkle the top with some cinnamon if you like!
